Brackenwood Infant School Community Team (BISCT)

(Parent Teacher Association)

Our school PTA consists of parents, staff and volunteers who work together to support the school in a variety of exciting and imaginative ways. This group help to improve the experiences of all of our children by raising money, organising events, and sharing ideas in termly meetings. Our PTA also creates a space for parents and staff to work together to build an even stronger school community. The lead staff member is Miss Williams and if you’re interested in helping our school as part of BISCT then please contact our school office, using the contact us button at the bottom of the page.

Our BISCT Fundraising Projects

Fundraising raised by BISCT has created an outdoor sensory classroom in our school quad area and sensory garden for our SEND classrooms that feature a variety of sensory equipment, colourful plants, fragrant flowers, and water features to provide a calming and enriching experience. They also include interactive elements like tactile panels, musical instruments and sensory equipment tailored to support all children. We have also updated equipment within our Forest School area including a new roof on our Forest School hut, which is a fantastic improvement to this well-loved space. All of these environments will support learning, relaxation, and emotional well-being for all students. Contributions from our families and supporters have helped make vision a reality for our school community!
